Samantha Stanley, MBA
Samantha Stanley is a project and Agile delivery leader with more than a decade of experience helping teams move complex work forward. Her background spans software delivery, payments, payroll and HR technology, client implementations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
She has supported multiple engineering and QA teams, managed large client portfolios, guided product and implementation work from discovery through launch, and improved team predictability through stronger planning and refinement. Known for asking the questions others may overlook, Samantha brings a rare combination of customer empathy, operational rigor, and executive-level clarity.
Her leadership is grounded in service. Whether advising a business, mentoring young women, or serving in her community, she believes the best work helps people feel informed, supported, and equipped to move forward.
